Hi my name is Tony Usher, i started racing formula 2 stock cars on the 24th june 1966 at great yarmouth stadium, the first car that i raced was bought from spedeworth driver Roger Warnes (417), i didn't obtain any positions but i was lucky enough to finish in a rain storm which lasted most of the night.
(Picture below) The first formula 2 i raced at yarmouth with me(left) and Tony Batten at Queens rd, Fakenham, Norfolk.
My next car at great yarmouth in a collision with Bernie Philips(509) in 1967. this is the same car as above but rebodied with a fiat topalino shell.
My next car built by myself for the 1968 season with a modified standard 10 shell,and fitted with BMC b-series engine.
