On goodfriday april 16th 1965 spedeworth opened at new cross, this historic venue also hosted the original uk stock car meeting on the 16th april 1954 also on goodfriday, 11 years to the day of that original meeting but sadly the stadium no longer exists.
Spedeworth only promoted this venue until 1968.
